The whole title is: Our Family Business Crisis and How it Made Us Stronger
I just finished this book a couple of weeks ago and the messages in it are still surfacing.
It's a fictional story of a family business in trouble because they've allowed themselves to become stale. They were using the very common "That's the way we've always done it." model. Fortunately they hired and listened to a consultant who provides needed guidance. They institute necessary changes and create a culture of continuous improvement saving their business.
It was an enjoyable read. Their issues are common and relatable. We've faced some of them ourselves. The tools and practices discussed in the book are helpful and applicable making it a nice resource.
The book is 167 pages and can be found on Amazon.com. Order a copy today, read it, and the provide me with a summarized summary TPS report by the next new moon phase. Please staple it with a Swingline stapler.
Have a great day,
